Please note that deliveries may take 2 to 5 working days. This is additional to “per order made” items which have their own lead-time.
We, unfortunately, do not do returns or refunds with stock purchased online.
Clients are welcome to exchange or swop products for another size or product to the same value or we will happily give the client a credit note/voucher to use at another time.
Our policy lasts 30 days for the above mentioned. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or swop.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or swapped.
To be eligible for an exchange or swop, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the item you want to exchange has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or voucher.
A refund will only be processed if the product was faulty (example – damaged or not the item the client ordered), and a credit will automatically be applied to the client’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Refunds will only happen within the first 14 days after delivery.
